Check out SMPCore if you want Rituals or Altar stands 

Commands: Use /mythics as an op to get the Mythicals. Use /queststand spawn <weapon name> <id> to spawn a quest table

How to get mythics: When right clicking on a quest stand you get a quest which upon completing you must return to the quest stand to get your weapon

After buying the plugin you will get emailed a license. Download the plugin, Add it to the plugins folder and start your server, Upon starting the plugin will not work, all your have to do is go to the plugins folder then to the plugin's folder (SMPCore) and put your license inside mclicense.txt. Quest Stands:

To use the ability do /ability1 or /ability2 or use shift offhand for ability 1 or offhand for ability 2
